I've been to Zucker's a dozen times now and have had pleasant and efficient service every time. The only problem is that their bagels are so good that I'm spoiled when I have to pick up bagels back on Long Island. I took my wife here and she was equally impressed.

even though the food is decent, please do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Zucker's. They have the most inefficient process. Your order is guaranteed to be wrong, you have to wait 20 minutes to get your bagel and then another 20 minutes to explain to them that they messed it up.

Placed an order this morning with a group of coworkers at 8:20, order got here 10:00. two of the 7 orders were messed up, when i called twice the first time they said they forgot about my order, the second time they had issues with their bagel making machine.. service was rude, food is great but i'll never go their again because of their service.

Great food but the employees are consistently rude, slow, angry and they make me never want to come back. I've tried many times but it never seems to change. If you are willing to be treated poorly and pay high prices then go for it the food is unmatched.

The bagels and spreads are unmatched for the area. However, the wait is not worth it. The line is an awful, disorganized process. By the time you are at the register there are dozens of brown paper bags and none of the servers know what is in which bag. There has to be a better way to get these delicious bagels from point A to my mouth.

Great place, Great Food, No nonsense, knowledgeable staff, straight to the point of sales, get in, get out, enjoyed!

I recently went to Zuckers on a weekend where the line was long even though i waited about 10-15 min it was worth it. The bagel were perfectly baked and the spreads were well prepared. Thank you guys, it made my weekend.
