First time at this restaurant. Reviews from others stated it was good. Perhaps if you stay with the pastas and specials of the day. Two of us orderd the same dish and both of us were very disappointed and especially for the price. Grigliata di Pesce- 27.95 Grilled jumbo shrimp, squid, scallops, calamari & octopus The only thing that was good was the shrimp. The calamari was big and not grilled well. I think they took one scallop and quartered it. I won't even comment on other fish. The only side on the plate was the grilled pepper other than that no sauce to cover the taste. The waiters were nice but never asked if anything was wrong.

This restaurant never disappoints! The food is great, the pizza is the best pizza in the area, and the service is wonderful. It's a must try!

I have eaten at a majority of the Italian restaurants in NYC, by far this was the worst. I was attracted to the restaurant from the website which I thought was impressive. Then there were also a handful of positive reviews , Well that all changed after visiting this restaurant. I am going to get right to the point The Quality was poor, we were a party of 4 no one ate their meal. the waiter never asked why. save your money and your time.

I tried the Costolette Di Maiale pork and it was the best pork chop I ever had. Everyone in my group (approx. 15 people) raved about the food as they bought a variety of dishes from soup, pasta to pizza. The atmosphere is lovely as enough space is given to each table. Staff were highly attentive. I highly recommend this place!

I had been to the restaurant last year, just had a pasta dish which was very good. This time a lady friend and I shared rigatoni with squash, peas and porcini mushrooms that was excellent. When the entrees came, she couldn't eat her baccala, which was overly salty and should not have been. My short ribs were underspiced and just not cooked long enough. I took home my dish and the following day, sauteed garlic, chopped a peeled ripe beefsteak tomato, added the left over shortribs and cooked, covered for an hour or so, until it acheived the tenderness that Zero Otto Nove should have served. Staff was friendly and nice, service excellent. If I go back, it'll only be for pasta.

7 Waiters standing around gossiping not helping anyone. You can get way better food and service in NYC.
