Will not give them business again

Don't order from here. I placed an order on their website 45 minutes ago. They *just* called me to tell me that even though their website says I live inside their delivery zone, they're too busy to deliver and there is nothing they can do for me. I noted how they called me _45 minutes_ after I placed my order and they had no response. I said that I lived within their zone, and they said too bad. They did not offer any discount for next time, not one thing. When I said I might not visit them again, they said, "well, we're sorry." Honestly, that's not the way to retain customers.

    Not recommended

The burgers are expensive, bland and overcooked, the fries are soggy and the service is incredibly rude.

    Great Burger!

Excellent burgers served on an English muffin! Also, try the sweet potato fries!

    eh

Friend suggested that my beau and I try this place. The burger was soggy the french fries were not crispy. The service was ... mediocre. The atmosphere however was kind of nice. I would go for a happy hour drink- but that is about it.

    try their burger once

The burgers was really good. Again what made this place stand out is their bun. Zaitzeff uses portuguesse buns which is soft, sweet, and plump and holds the burger well. I agree with other reviewers that the price is can add up when you add toppings to your burger. I had the sliders (3 mini burgers) with mushrooms and for under 15 dollars it wasn't that bad. The mixed fries was great and 1 serving is enough for 2 people. Would i come back again.....maybe. There are other burger joints that makes their burgers stand out for a cheaper price. The inside of the restaurant was in my opinion too pretty for just burgers. Good place for a date i guess. Zaitzeff doesn't have outdoor seatings so if it was summer, i would just get a burger at other places that have outdoor seatings.

    Overpriced and no customer service

The burger was good, but for $17? The menu on delivery.com said it came with a pickle and coleslaw. We decided to splurge and try the place, even with the ridiculous prices, since the reviews were good. When I called to complain that we didn't get our sides with our burgers, they said the menu online was out of date and they don't have coleslaw, but could send the pickles. They were COMPLETELY unapologetic, even made me feel like it was my fault for ordering from an outdated menu. I pointed out that I probably wouldn't have been willing to pay $17 for a burger if I knew it didn't come with any sides and they just offered to send the pickles to me... what a joke! After waiting 50 minutes for the order in the first place, sending pickles was just insulting. There are better burgers in this neighborhood for cheaper. Zaitzeff: Ridiculous prices for this kind of food and this neighborhood, and staff who somehow haven't noticed! Not worth it.

    brunch

Got an omlette, gf got egg sandwhich on this interesting muffin. Both were delicious. We also both had bloody marys which were spicy the way i like 'em. Id recommend this place for brunch.. the doors were open the service was good... music wasnt so bad either. They have a tv hanging from the wall, so fellas, while enjoying food with your lady you can keep one eye on the game and one eye on your lady. Next stop, a big burger from this joint
