I use to like this restaurant and order breakfast everyday, but not anymore the guy who answers the phone in the morning has a major attitude problem. Is ignorant and Doesn't know how to speak to customers with respect. Then my food began being delivered 50 minutes late not fully cooked and cold. After being treated such a way they lost a valuable once loyal customer, they're not worth me paying my hard earned money on I found a better place that values my loyalty now and treats me with respect.

over priced and sub par diner food that every 3 months the price at Zafis Luncheonette menu goes up . the price's now reflect the new money moving into this area. and since this is the only place to eat anything but ghetto chinese food or pizza your stuck or like myself i dont eat here anymore. i'll pass on Zafis Luncheonette. i see now Zafis Luncheonette has another reason to raise their prices. the diner has been redone to look more modern.

I love to order from this place when I am just too tired to cook. My boyfriend and I order from this place all the time. The food gets delivered in less than 25 min every time. I have never had to complain about their food or their service. The delivery guy is super nice. I don't really understand some of the bad reviews just because I have never had a bad experience with them. If you want fast diner breakfast, this is the place to order from.

I called in for a delivery which didnt take too long as I am blocks away at a reachable distance. The food was not bad but the portion could be a bit bigger but overall I recommend this place.

Just waited one hour and 15 min for an egg salad sandwich delivery and I am two blocks away! They gave me attitude after I complained. Last week I ordered a hero sandwich, waited 45 min and it came cold.

This is what they used to call Coffee Shops in the good ole' days before Starbucks and $5 mocha lattes. It's a slice of old new york. Get an egg cream and burger and sit at the counter.
