Recommended dishes are Oyster & Tofu Soup, Clam with squash soup, Clam with Foochow sauce, duck with Foochow sauce, Leeks saut?ed w frog legs, Ginger and scallion lobster, Saut?ed Chinese snails, Steam live shrimp, Oyster pan cake, and Chrysanthemum fish. The foods are delightfully tasty and great value!
