Not the best sushi in nyc, but definitely cures the craving when you want sushi delivered to you fast. Service is fast as well when you eat in...no special atmosphere eating in.

I have been searching for a delectable sushi spot on the Upper East Side for a year now, and have yet to find anything of the west side ilk, where great sushi establishments are ubiquitous. Finally, Yuko has satiated my craving for such a place. I would not recommend this as a date spot, as the orange neon sign it boasts outside reminded me of a space heater, and the interior d?cor defined the slang term ?blah.? The sushi however - magnificent. It tastes as though it was direct from Tsukiji Fish Market. In fact it was so fresh I think my blue crab roll pinched me. The service unfortunately was about as impressive as a magic card trick, but it wasn?t awful ? just slow. I was upset they did not offer ?oki?(large) size beer?s, but the decent sake menu and fresh sushi gives me a strong incentive to return. It?s that good, and the prices are an undercharge for such quality.

Highly Recommend and I am hard to please.

This place is a GEM. The quality of the cuts are exceptional. I haven't had one bad meal at Yuko! In fact, everytime I try something new I walk out of there very satisfied. My favorite rolls: Salmon Avocado & Spicy Tuna with crunch. The short rib appetizer is very tasty. The cuts of salmon sashimi are very genrerous and fresh.

It takes me about 5 minutes to get delivery, and this is just the best sushi around. Delicious spicy tuna rolls, and agedashi tofu. The special white tuna is "like butta!" And the sushi cuts are really large.

great sushi and sashimi. the tuna, white tuna, baby yellowtail, salmon are all excellent. very fresh. nice size pieces (not HUGE but above average). soups are phenomenal. standard chicken teriyaki does not disappoint. rolls are all good. spicy shrimp tempura could be sliced differently, and the salmon skin is ok, but unfortunately they do not do it like the salmon skin hand roll at tomoe. Eel is solid every time. Nice people. Chefs are all experienced and welcoming.

I love this place, it is a best kept secret for delivery. Thee chef is great, their tuna tartare is wonderful, as good as tomoe's. The rolls are the stars of the show here I think but everythings good. The sake is cheap too w00t!
