My husband and I eat there more 20 times a year over the last 5 years. The staff were always considerate and treated us like family. Whenever they had a new dish , we tried it and loved. Their recommendations were always spot on. We will miss this place and it's staff. It feels like a death in the family.

I moved to midtown east but can thankfully still get deliveries from them -- I simply cannot otherwise find anywhere near the deal of all of: fresh sushi and delicious other dishes (clam soup is heaven!), generous portions and best bang for my buck. I have tried, including many big and popular names, but even if the sushi is as fresh, the portions are then tiny and the price is higher... years later and they are still the best.

I just ordered delivery from Yuko and had to call and return my order. This is the first time I have ever called and asked for a refund. I ordered teriyaki chicken and the chicken was rubber. I couldn't even bite through it. I saved a piece to inspect it since they said they had to come pick it up to see what was wrong with it. It looks like fake frozen chicken that they threw on the grill to get the Seriously horrible.

The rice seemed undercooked. I ordered delivery. It came within a reasonable time. The rolls were really not that great. The fish was kind of cold, and the size of the rolls were small for the more expensive "special rolls." I ordered delivery here a second time because I forgot I had disliked it the first time... and I was disappointed the second time as well.

The quality of the food is outstanding -- the fish is always fresh and the appetizers are different and better than many others. The miso eggplant, shrimp purse and tar tar appetizers are exquisite and you cannot go wrong with any of the sushi/sashimi you might like.

A nice neighborhood restaurant, with a unique cold Saki selection, good sushi, and probably the best fried soft shell crab in New York. Attentive service, and an extensive menu. Definately a repeat
