    Great crepes, great place!!

Go to this restaurant! The atmosphere is great, the food is better, and the prices are definitely reasonable. Everyone who works there is genuine and nice, and they're not on top of you trying to push you out all the time. Free WiFi, and they'll let you sit as long as you want. Get the hot chocolate with whipped cream!

    Yummy - cozy place

Food was better than I expected at the modest prices. Excellent latte, great ham/cheese crepe and nutella/banana crepe. Greeting was very warm and welcoming when I arrived and service was very attentive and friendly. Much nicer than other crepe places in NYC and they have a wine license too! Will definately be back.

    Fantastic Affordable Crepes

Did someone actually write "craperie"? That's not really all that clever. This place is great and the chef takes pride in his work. He'll even come ever to your table to make sure you're happy. Eat here and keep a good breakfast (or lunch/dinner) place around. I don't have a lot of places to go.

    subpar crepes

Must agree with the previous reviewer about this place...yorkville craperie. I tried a breakfast crepe...yuck! the egg inside were overcooked, the spinach wasn't cooked, and the cheese wasn't melted. I loved the atmosphere, but not the service. I ordered coffee and it was never refilled. I had to get up in search of salt and pepper shakers, and again to find hot sauce, in hopes of adding some flavor to my very flavorless breakfast. I should have gone for a crepe with chocolate, banana, and peanut butter inside. That would be hard to mess up. The place has potential...but they gotta improve the breakfast...and replace the waitstaff.

    More like Yorkville Craperie

Wow, what a let down. The Coffee sucked so bad that even the employees were drinking Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. The service was so bad, that between my girlfriend and I, we got up 3 times to go find what we were looking for, seeing as our waiter only came to take our order and bring the check. This place is a creperie and the crepe was the worst part of the meal, it was dry and flavorless. We only had the savory crepes, both of which were bland and dry, so maybe they do better with the sweet. Save your money and get a Bacon Egg and Cheese from the deli down the street.

    Wonderful addition to York Ave!

My sister and I can attest that this place is the perfect brunch/lunch place, with a wide variety of crepes off the menu, an adventurous and talented chef, and the ability to mix and match your own crepe at a reasonable price. The inside is impeccably decorated, and I my tastebuds are looking forward to coming back here again soon!.

Great food, but be prepared for a long wait

The crepes are absolutely delicious and the place is beautiful. They have seating at couches/coffee tables as well as at the bar and regular tables. The place smells wonderful, and the food is very good quality. However, because everything is made fresh to order and there is only one cooking station with 3 pans for the crepes, when they get busy, the wait can be incredibly long. If it is crowded when you place your order, you could be waiting an hour for your food to come. I saw some people leave because they couldn't continue to wait. So this isn't the place to go if you're in a hurry, but its a nice place to go on a lazy weekend day when you don't have anywhere else to be.
