skirt steak was tough, lobster salad was gloppy but chicken and pea soup were good. One of the entrees arrived much later than others and service was otherwise mediocre. Lastly, the prices were very high - about the same as any french bistro in the city.

Jade the proprietor works very hard to make her patrons feel warm and well-fed. On Friday, 6 of us with no reservation dropped into this very small restaurant. But she quickly scrambled and sat us in the lounge area and pulled together some small couches.

My husband and I had lunch on Saturday. The staff was maxed-out busy but so charming who could complain about the wait. The food was certainly worth every minute. The handsome patrons just add to the pleasure of this tiny place.
