The food at Yan Yan is great! Every time I come here everything is fresh and nothing is greasy, you can't ask for better chinese food. Also, the prices are very reasonable and the food is definitely worth it. Yan Yan is a family owned place and the people are always so sweet, and the service is very timely. The portions are large, and where else can you get hot food in the city for under$6?Most importantly, the palce is very clean and that translates into all of their dishes. I have told all my freinds at Baruch about it, and I would recommend Yan Yan to anyone who is looking for delicious, chinese food. (The guy below must have this place mixed up with somewhere else. )

I wouldn't order from here again if it were free! I couldn't even finish my food it was so aweful tasting. It was like eating burnt, dirty food. I want my $ money back! If you read this review and still order from Yan Yan, you have no one to blame but yourself.

I ordered delivery from Yan Yan today and not only was the food yummy the service was the best i've had from any chinese delivery yet ! The lady taking my order on the phone was so helpful/nice unlike the rest of the other chinese restaurants i've ordered from. The delivery man was surprisingly very nice also. Bye bye to the other rude chinese places i've ordered from ...i'll be calling Yan Yan from now on.

they just opened a couple weeks ago. Lunch special with $5.99 all days all weeks is pretty cool. The food tastes very good for lunch special of this price and they have noodle, rice dishes and soup. Lunch special comes with soup or spring roll. Clean Chinese restaurant that are hard to find around that area with this price. For budgeted consumers, this is one of the casual places.

The $5.95 special at Yan Yan is perfect--the portions are very large and the food is delicious. The staff is also very attentive and welcoming. A great deal for quality asian food in the area!
