Very much like it here
Food is very good and reasonably priced. Atmosphere kitsch and surprisingly homey.

Healthy and satisfying, a warm hearty meal with good value
I found Yaffa Cafe over 20 years ago and returned for the first time since. The food was consistently delicious, healthy and satisfying. The vegetarian curry can be ordered with add-ons. I ordered mine with cheese and tofu. It was a great meal for a freezing cold Winter day. The dish was filled with chunky tofu, stir fried to perfection, fresh vegetables, and brown rice with a medium spiced curry sauce that was incredible. Infused with just the right melted cheese, I felt ready to hike the city streets. The atmosphere was fun and friendly and the waitress was attentive, but not intrusive. I want to come here often and get the brown rice dish for lunch, because not many places can make it well.

Cheap, Healthy And Delish!
Love, love, love this place! So yummy and delicious! The salads are so good, the carrot dressing is amazing!!! I had the Dijon mustard chicken with veggies and quinoa... Mouth watering, perfect and tasty! My bf had the hummus (yummy and spicy!) as well as the chicken schnitzel with mash potato and veggies... He loved it!!! The service was great, everyone is so nice!!! Oh yeah and the sangria was definitely delish!

Solid!
I've been in this restaurant a number of times and loved every single experience. The crew is very friendly, service is quite quick and the quality of the food is above average - not to mention the nice atmosphere... Try it, you won't regret it!

Delightfully quirky and delicious
Love this place!! The outdoor seating area is adorable and holds most of the allure for me and my friends, but the food is pretty phenomenal too... Start with the hummus, which is topped with tasty spices, then make sure you order something that comes with the salad and get the carrot ginger dressing. It will change your life. For an entree, try the red pesto fettucini. All the entrees we've tried have been good, but that one is outstanding. All this, and reasonable prices to boot!

LOVE the carrot dressing!
I have not been to Yaffa Cafe' in over 11 years, but I still remember the carrot dressing. I am making a trip to NYC this June and cannot wait to go to Yaffa. I am praying that they still have the carrot Dressing!
