The cumin lamb noodles sounded heavenly .....and it was, BUT was swimming in oil. They can fix this and when they do, I'll be back!

I love this place, though I try to avoid it at lunch time. The hand-pulled noodles are great, but have to be eaten right away. The spicy lamb noodles with a tiger salad is my favorite meal, but I'm sure I'll discover more. The dumplings are excellent and the lamb "burger" is a bargain. The pork version is a little bland. I did try the lamb face salad, which was a bridge too far for my tastes- your reaction might be different. So go during off hours and enjoy!

After waiting over an hour on line, I must say, I was very disappointed with the food. It was greasy, noodles were not cooked evenly (some uncooked) and instead of cilantro leaves my dish had tons of cilantro stems. The line was outrageously long (outside the store) and instead of both kitchens serving customers "first come first serve" the owner came up with the policy to make the people for "take outs" wait longer so he could take customers for "dine in" (even though they had to order and pay at front register)-he basically let all of them cut in in front of us. It did not make sense and was very unfair to those waiting for over 1 hour. For that reason, I will not go there again.
