Great Find
The dish I dream about is the salt and pepper shrimp, I rate it as as #1 shrimp dish in NYC! Always a pleasure and you are assured a great meal everytime.

What a great find!
Make sure you sit in the front by the big open doors. This is the first place I have ever been to in China town that has an open front. The Beef Pho was delicious - Summer rolls with peanut sauce and garlic chili sauce were refreshing and really hit the spot on this hot summer evening. The thin sliced pork was very tasty and is a great sized portion for only $10. I shared these three dishes with my wife and we both felt satisfied. The flavors were all very special and the food had a clean crisp energy to it. We will definitely return!

Great Vietnamese place!
We were looking for an affordable quick eat after a long day at the beach and came across Xe Lua. Ordered the Xe Lua Khai Vi, which was a great choice as it is 1. fun to make 2. it gives you a taste of everything and 3. it was delicious. The decor was slightly stigmatic however it was very comfortable and suitable. The waiter did seem very busy and we had to remind him before we received the bill. I have already been back once and would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in a tasty and different evening meal.

Not so great for Vegetarians
The staff is great and the restaurant is very pleasant. The sauce on our veggie entree was quite good. Veggies were a bit overcooked. Veggie spring rolls were uninspired. Staff very helpful when we asked about avoiding MSG. Because we did, we probably missed all the best dishes.

Take it from me, do or die.
Take it from me, I ate practically every Vietnamese’s restaurant in the city, there is nothin’ like T’is. Very nice host, staff and chef, every one is very friendly, the host is always smiling, the chef cam to check on my food, the staff always check on me, I though they were interested in me, but nahhhhh, they were interested to serve me. Too bad, may be better luck next time. Oh yes about the food…….. I love the Salt & Pepper Shrimp, it was big any tasty. Don’t forget to order the popular appetizer, rice paper wrap, no other place do it better. My girl friend ordered the grape fruit shrimp salad, I try it and now I’m hook. I look forward to go back there to check out their kitchen……. Any one wants to come with me?

Amazing Pho!
Finally, a good bowl of pho. After visiting some non authentic vietnamese restaurants, I finally found this place in china town. When the pho came out, I knew it was meant to be. RICH, dark, delicious broth with the usual condiments on the side. I will be back no doubt!
