The ladies that take your order are extremely! They talk like you are bothering ny taking you order. Get new person to anwer your phone and be pleasant when taking phone orders...

I am a veteran of many a Chinese restaurant and was sorely disappointed in virtually every way. The food quality was poor - what it lacked in substance it made up in corn starch and salt. I can appreciate experienced wait staff, but these folks were south of ambivalent, careless and slow. I would say the prices were low, but given the substandard quality, any price was too high.

Lunch is over priced, service is always disappointing, spring roll is standard, but soup must be requested, unless it is request, it comes with roll, yet no one asks you what you want, they just try to squeez more profit. In summary, expect ok food, but below average to bad customer service

We called for reservation, had some questions as we were a large group. Well, the woman that answered was rude with an attitude. No thank you for calling, good bye, just "click". Needless to say, we went elsewhere, I don't spend money where people are rude. I've been there before, this was the first time I had to speak with someone

I thought the food was not bad considering this is midtown that we are talking about. However, the waitstaff was rude and felt like ignoring us. Overall, with price, service, food quality together, I don't think it is worth it.

Too salty. My request to the owner of this restaurant is to just lower their salt and oil from their food.

This place is always packed, do tried it recently with a couple of colleagues. Food's not bad, a little oily, but it's far too salty. Service is very good though. Get here early if you're coming for lunch. Wait past 12.30pm and you'll have to wait forever.
