Ordered the Gramercy thinking how hard is it to mess up a turkey and cheese sandwich. Apparently it's easy here. The bread was not good. The honey mustard was disgusting. To make matters worse the sandwich meat used was rubbery and wet. DO NOT GO HERE. Also all of this was $7.53. Totally not worth it at all!! Avoid!

The food here is generally very good. The salads, make your own pasta, and creative sandwiches are excellent. Unfortunately, the place is not managed well at all. I've waited for ten minutes only to discover they've lost my order (despite only one other person ordering). Other times, it can take forever to get something simple. Delivery is almost not worth it - it can take over an hour, and they sometimes will screw up the order. All that being said, the food is good enough to endure all of the hassles every two weeks or so. It's too bad, cause I'd come here more often if they figured out how to get the service right.

I had read all of the reviews and of course the notion of good portions and good value is enticing to most. However, this was not the case. I was not impressed in the slightest and I am pretty easy to please. Please read my concerns below. 1. My order was incorrect 3 times (not during a peak period 2:45pm) 2. My soup (minstrone) was bland and contained enough pasta and vegatables to fill a tablespoon. 3. My grilled cheese was still not on the bread I ordered...I kept it anyway. 4. The tomatoes on my sandwich were hard and not yet ripe. 5. Everything was cold by the time I got it. 6. The price was ludicrous - $7.55 for 1/2 a grilled cheese and a cup of soup! Never again will I return. Save yourself the trouble and go to somewhere else!

The food and selection here is great. The make your own pasta and make your own sandwich options are great. My only big complaint is that they sometimes can be remarkably slow, even when the place is relatively empty they've even forgotten about an order or two in the past, and I've had to remind them to make it 10 minutes later. A bit frustrating, but it is worth the occasional aggravation for the good lunch food.

The food is great. They have the best seasoned fries, the Nolita sandwich is great and the burgers are not too bad. However, they seem not to manage deliveries very well. On a few occasions they have taken very long with deliveries and they don't even warn you about the delays in advance as many other places do.

Ever since I found this place I've been going almost every day. I enjoy their sandwiches, and fresh salads. A lot of ingredients to choose from and its normally very fast service. The service is great except it can be a bit spotty on the weekends, but during lunch it's no problem. This place reminds me of Columbines, just a few blocks away. Prices are cheaper, though. Highly recommended

I tend to like a lot of food for lunch, and WOW gives it. I tend to get the make your own WOW salads or the Buff Chicken Wrap. All are very good. And they are fast if you're down here. I tend to order around 11:30 and the food is usually here within a half an hour. I don't know about the Atmosphere, because we always order for here. So it could be great, but it doesn't give a "I have no idea" option.
