    Room to Grow

The "World's Best Sandwich Truck" needs to change its name (unless they are going for one time customers). With a name like that, it can deter you already. You would think they would back it up with original, delicious sandwiches, but they dont. I'll spare you the time, it didn't. The bread, the meat, and the quality of the sandwhich were fine, but there was nothing there that makes me want to head back there next chance I get. The appearance of the truck needs a lot of work, as it looks dirty and almost blends in with the loading trucks on the street. This food truck needs to redo its appearance, menu, and add some personality to the experience, because I think we can all agree that is what gets those long lines going (that was my other mistake, there was no line at all). They need to move location as well, and get some more exposure (and probably change the name..) I am not trying to tare this truck apart, I just think there is a lot of room for this food truck to grow, and it can. Being one of the few if not the only "sandwhich" truck in the flatiron district, they have an opportunity to monopolize the food truck sandwhich. They have the right idea, but that is about all they have. I got the Scarface, pastrami/corned beef classic with swiss cheese and russian dressing (take the tomatoes off...). The sandwhich was average, there was nothing unique that jumped out. I could have made the same sandwhich at home. Try it out for yourself, see what you think, but know what you're looking for (really though, I almost walked right by it). Overall 2.5/5 - average. Nothing awful, just very average
