Woorijip Is A Blast
Here at Woorijip, you'll find a big selection of delicious Korean food at an affordable price and decent quality. They offer a buffet section which allows you to get a bit of everything. It's great for trying out much of what Korean cuisine has to offer. The atmosphere is vibrant, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. The staff here is very friendly as well. Lastly, this place even has a spot that asks you for recommendations on how the restaurant can improve itself. Such unpretentiousness only boasts the restaurant's confidence.

awesome find, bang for your buck!
I was looking for a cheap place to eat and get my Korean fix. I ate at Kum Gang San a couple nights ago. While the food was spectacularly delicious, it was a bit pricey for me. I ate dinner at Woorijip, spent a fraction of the cost and got to eat what I wanted in smaller portions thanks to the buffet. There were also some things there that normally aren't on other korean restaurants' menus. I'd definitely eat here many more times!

Best taste at the best deal
Tried this for the first time today at the recommendation of other reviewers here. My experience with the staff was excellent--they happily answered questions and pointed me where I needed to go to find what I wanted. The food is excellent and you can't beat the price. Lots of veg options. Go here!

What A Gem!!
Fresh, Authentically Korean & Affordable! Go try it: You get to pick whatever catches your fancy and join the fast queue to pay for your food. The only snag is having difficulty getting a seat/table since it's always super crowded at meal times.

why can't they open up a store in midtown!
i work around 55th and 6th ave. there are just not too many cheap lunch options...i definitely do not want to pay 10 bucks a day for lunch. I actually trekked to K-town during lunch to load up on a few items there. Beef kimbap is good, their kimchi fried rice with egg is very good and quite spicy.
