Best Thai food in columbus avenue. The food is cheap and very tasty. Highly recommended.

Great Thai food. The most authentic that I have experienced in Manhattan.

Was looking for a cheap byob place and was extremely pleased with Wondee Siam -- it definitely fit the bill. Appetizer of crab rolls was very disappointing but all four entrees we got were extremely satisfying (pad thai, avocado tofu, a chicken dish, and a squid dish). Also, the food was incredibly cheap -- the bill came to $40 with four entrees and an appetizer. Waiter was very nice and helpful, waitress left a bit to be desired (rude, unhelpful). Very small place but they do take reservations (make one if you can as the place gets very busy). Good choice if you are looking for cheap, tasty Thai food.

We were expecting something a little better, we both had shrimp pad thai and we shared a tofu appetizer. I've had better at Vynl and much better at Saigon Grill. I've tried many of the Thai places along ninth avenue, there are too many to mention, I haven't had more than an average meal at any of them. How do they all stay in business?

Possibly the best Pad Thai I've ever tasted. The only problem was that there were only three shrimp! I can't complain too much though, the price was right and everything else was fantastic. The curry puffs are divine and I like their spring rolls too. I also can't believe the prices, they're hard to beat. Nice atmosphere too, classy without being overdone.
