Best Thai on the west side
I love this place. I've never had a bad experience in my 2 years in nyc and I order or eat here atleast once in 2 weeks. My fav. is their spicy bamboo with fresh tofu but pretty much everything is good. Their thai iced tea is also awesome. Definitely recommend!

Delicious and great service!
After reading all the reviews, I decided to try out this place after having a mediocre experience at Spice. All of the positive reviews on this site are right --- Wondee Siam serves delicious, flavorful Thai food. The pad thai was the best I've had. My husband asked them to make his dish extra spicy. They sure did make it extra spicy. He has a very high tolerance for spicy food and he nearly reached his threshold at this restaurant. I would come here again.

my favorite Thai restaurant in Manhattan
I eat here often, and have taken many people here as well. It's small, though with tasteful decor. The food is always good, and the presentation basic but with aesthetics considered. It has all the staples of Thai food in a notch higher quality than most places, but special kudos to the Panang Curry and to their Pumpkin Cream Soup, which appears on the menu for about 4 months out of the year (generally from roughly late October until the end of January) and is amazing and delicious. While not exactly near any trains, it's worth the little walk over from midtown or down from Columbus Circle to enjoy what I think is the best (if not in any way exotic or unusual) Thai food I've encountered in NYC.

Poor Service
We went there on a Friday night, and waited around 30 mins outside for a table. They finally gave us a tiny table for 3 and asked us to order more if we wanna switch to a bigger table. The waiters were extremerly rude and kept pushing you order more. The food is just ok and their appetizers( thai crab roll& kanom jeeb)are not tasty at all. I don't think it's worth to go.

Worth It
Been here many times. Also have ordered take out regularly. Consistently good. Always quick. Good, friendly service in restaurant. Atmosphere lacking but not bad either. Large windows provide view of 9th ave. Thumbs up.

Go for the food
One of the better Thai places around the city. Consistently good. The original one across the street is smaller but better.

My go-to Thai
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the neighborhood. The best combination of great food, fast friendly service, and inexpensive. I eat and order from here all the time.
