Terrible Service
I ordered food online through seamless web but they did not tell seamless they were going to be closed. They appeared as open and I went ahead and ordered and even got charged for it, and waited for my food for more than an hour!! I tried calling them but kept getting a busy tone, and then I called seamless. Seamless web told me they were getting lots of complaints because they did not tell them they were closed, they gave me a 10 dollar cupon, but by this time, I was extremely hungry, and more than an hour and a half had gone by. To me this is terrible service because they were not taking care of their customers by being responsible to post they are closed, and instead kept us waiting for our food.

Awesome Thai and great service
I've just moved to NYC and was looking for a Thai restaurant as my local. Having heard about this place I thought I'd try it out...so glad I did it's amazing food, really authentic taste and the best service I've had here so far

i'll have to rethink ever ordering
I ordered spicy bamboo with chicken and sticky rice, i however have no clue what they taste like because they sent spicy string beans with chicken and jasmine rice. Now I understand mixing up the vegetables, but thinking that I'd want a whole other pint of jasmine rice on top of a lunch box they already packed with one pint of jasmine rice is ridiculous. When I called to argue the point they would admit to no wrong doing of taking and send the wrong order. I got the lunch portion and I'd say save your money and get a full portion, whatever that may be. A 7.5 inch lunch box, of which only 2 inches is meat or vegetable of any kind. I did try the little they did send after completely bad customer service from them arguing that while the spice was good on the peppers and string beans they did send, the chicken had a taste I found worrying and could not make myself finish. Woodee Siam II it will be a cold day...

Good food, poor service
This place is very authentic. I have been going here for a while now, and the food never gets any less great. The place is very big, but there aren't many decorations so it always feels kind of empty. Almost all the tables are always filled. The service is good most of the time, but once I was paying with my credit card and the woman yelled at me that they didn't except them, even though I had been there many times before so I know they did. That was only once though. Pretty good most of the time.

great food great value
loved the byob- something not found often in nyc the food was excellent- there were 5 of us and we all enjoyed everything a little cramped for seating and lines out the door. we went next door for a drink and left our cell #. a half hour later they called and our table was ready. would go back again.

Excellent Restaurant
I just celebrated by Birthday in Wondee Siam II in 9th Ave bet 52nd and 53rd and I must say it feels right at home. The food is excellent and authentic Thai, the atmosphere is relax. The staff are attentive and accomodating. The ambiance is classy but homey. I totally enjoyed my birthday and I had my last year's birthday there too. The service and food has been consistent.
