Delicous! I am exceptionally happy. I was in the mood for a hearty, "real" meal and my friend, who only keeps kosher, thought we should try Wolf & Lamb. Having eaten at some great non-kosher steak houses, I was hesitant. Many of the kosher meat restaurants we've been to have been overpriced for what you're getting - I had yet to even try a decent kosher burger. Well, I am happy to report, Wolff and Lamb totally exceeded my expectations, the price range is right (we spent about $150 after tax and tip for 2 steak dishes, a bottle of wine and dessert), and they easily rival any steak house, kosher or not. Yum! I'm still thinking about the dinner. I can't wait to go back, and highly recommend it!

Just visited Wolf & Lamb on a jaunt to New York. We went on a recommendation and were grateful for the advice. This is a steakhouse in the spirit of the old New York classics with an appreciation of the contemporary. I felt like I was in a movie set. The crowd was friendly and the mood upbeat. The sweet potato fries and Tilapia in chefs tomato caper sauce were fabulous. My date, being a vegetarian, went with the pasta marinara and commented on the homemade sauce. Thanks for a job well done!

    Very Good...Except for..

Went on a Tuesday night with family...food was good, portions were huge and the service was friendly; bathrooms could be cleaner though....only problem was my idiot brother in law sitting across from me.

    enough of tho$e expen$ive joints

I only went 2 W&L because I've already taken my "friends" 2 all the "upper crust" joints (Solo P.G. La-Carnie....) 2 tell U the truth W&L surpasses them hands down!so if $pending a lot on dishes U can't pronounce gets U off STAY AWAY!

    fabulous Experience

this was not my first dining experience at Wolf & Lamb but i finally felt compelled to leave a note. i have dined at many of New York's finest restaurants and have had my share of memorable meals. Wolf & Lamb always shines in all the areas that i would rate a great restaurant on. it has fabulous food consistently done right, great friendly, attentive service and a convenient location right in Midtown Manhattan yet still delivering great value. keep up the great work. many thanks from a gratefull diner.

    Fantastic restaurant...

We have eaten in many kosher and non-kosher restaurants alike over the years, even though we will only eat meat in the kosher ones. The food has consistently been excellent--creative combinations, grilled to perfection, and always plentiful. It's a bit pricey, but Kosher food is more expensive, and it is New York. But the quantity, the quality, combined with the always friendly, accomodating, competent yet relaxed service and atmosphere make it a wonderful dining experience! Not a New York deli by any means, yet also not a stuffy, over-priced nouveau kosher restaurant either. Perfect for families and anyone who needs kosher food, but even if you don't, absolutely worth a try--you will not be disappointed!

Mildly Expensive yet worth every penny

Had the pleasure to lunch there a month ago. The Succulent Tongue Dijon Grilled Sandwich was a taste party. Probably the best sandwich I had in a while. I bit pricey for $16, but worth every penny. Nice quite place. The place is Kosher, which doesn't exactly make any difference to me, but some might care. Recommend - YES, Highly
