My wife and I thought the quality of the food here was fine (at times the flavours were delicious), even if it was not as good as the price suggested. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner afterwards, but the service was very pushy - a constant attempt to persuade us to save room for the dessert, remember the delicious dessert etc etc.

    Not recommended

Well, I am not that hard to please, but this was just poor! I went in for a sandwich to take back to my office. I am not Kosher, but knew that it would be pricier because of that reason. Anyway, I got a corned beef and pastrami combination sandwich on rye bread. First, that was the fattiest meat I have ever had on a deli sandwich. Second, I think when I was asked if I wanted it warm, I made the mistake of saying yes. They must have steamed it somehow, which made the bread soggy, and then the fat from the meat just made it an even bigger mess. I think I made the mistake of not wrapping it back up, and telling them how I felt about it. Yuck! Thats the best I can do.

    second rate restaurant

not a good time, my group thought it could never stand up to a non-kosher steak house

    Great good, but too expensive

I use to order from them all the time...but in the past year or so their prices went too high, too bad I wont be going there anymore, it's just not worth the money. $17 for a wrap? that's way too much and it doesn't even come with fries.

    satisfying and enjoyable experience

I was in NY for a week with my family, and ate at wolf and lamb twice. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was great, and the food was delicious. The first time I had the Wolf and Lamb rib eye burger, I have had a burger like that in years. The second time i had the filet mignon and it was truly amazing and finished it off with a delicious dessert a chocolate souffle. I just wish Wolf and Lamb would open up here in Australia. All of you at wolf and lamb thank you for the special attention and for making our trip so memorable.

    Way Overpriced Mediocre Food

Ate there today. Very disappointed. Very expensive. My wife and I each had a sandwich with grilled meats, shared one appetizer between us, had a tea each and a dessert, and one bottle of Pelligrino. The food was mediocre at best. The tab was $110. Should have been about $45 or $50 tops given the quality of the food. On top of this, the ambiance was noisy and they chose 6 PM to send out a guy to wash the floor, so we had the smell of ammonia during the meal.
