this place use to be the solid stand by for great food but they are losing their edge. the delivery is great but it is not as good as sitting down. they need a wake up call!

Have been eating there for years,even though name changes. The price of the food has been going up and the size going down. We ordered in tonight. # main dishes. Asked for 2 mustards and 2 duck sauces. I was told that the 1st mustard and duck sauce is free. The extra you asked for is now 25 cents extra each. The size of the container also is so small it does not go to far. Not being cheap over a quarter,but enough is enough....Paying for mustard? I'm afraid to ask for ice in my water.Time to move on.

I've been coming here for years at the tale end of lunch. The H/S soup is sublime...always get my H2O, tea lickity split. The lunch menu is extensive but I always seem to order just basically 5 or 6 different items. My fav is Twice Cooked Pork or Szechuan Beef (yummy!) Meal ALWAYS makes me happy when I leave. Staff is the best and very efficient...OverTip and you get better service next time. ps. I always base the rest of my day on the advice from the Fortune Cookie....really.

I've been frequenting this place for well over 20 years and never ever get tired of it. The tastiest sasame shrimp I have ever had. No other compares. I find myself ordering this dish all the time. The other dishes are very tasty too. Friendly, casual atmosphere. Its a must try :)

I've been living in the UES now for about a year and I frequent this place at least once a week. They are fast and the food is always tasty. You can't go wrong with the orange peel beef or honey tso chicken. Chicken or shrimp with broccoli is also very delicious. Not the best looking place, but it is what it is. Good food, great deal.

I had been going to Wok 88 faithfully for years, and now that I have moved out of NYC, I still make it a point to come to Wok 88 whenever I am anywhere near NY. Even if I visit Philadelphia, I rent a car just to drive to get some House Beef and House Fried Rice, and yes, I drive all the way back to Philly :-) The food is always freshly prepared with first-quality produce, and service is prompt and friendly. The price is right, and you get lots of food, with plenty left over for a late night snack or lunch the following day. Enjoy!

A friend recommended this place. I ordered a 'chefs suggestion.' The Honey Tsos Chicken had to be the greasiest dish I have had in a while.. and the texture.. I am not even sure it was chicken. waste of money and time.
