I love buffalo wings so I guess I am a tough critic but this restaurant on Flatbush continues to disappoint. The service is shameful. On multiple occasions the order I called ahead for was not even put in by the time I came to pick it up. This is completely unacceptable, what is the point of calling ahead if you have to stand around awkwardly for 25 minutes why they make you your subpar wings? Like I said, this has happened multiple times, so if you want their wings just walk in and order them in person. The wings themselves are tiny, greasy, and underwhelming.

I totally disagree with the last review as far as what we should expect if we're true Brooklynites. I am born and raised in Brooklyn and I expect that I will be treated graciously and kindly, considering I am PAYING you. It's not like they are giving you the food for free. However, yes, the food is great,. They could benefit from a class in customer service. I could not believe on New Year's eve one of the girls was demanding tips from the customers. I will gladly tip for great service but never for rudeness. That's the same as saying "great job, keep it up"

This place is not for the bougeois at heart. Take that back to Manhattan...It's called wing wagon don't expect 5 star service, expect excellent food at a great price. If your a real Brooklynite, you know great food does not always come with great service because they are doing you a favor, their giving you bang for your buck...Enjoy

Wing Wagon makes awesome wings, no doubt about it. They're on the small side and maybe a little more expensive than you're used to, but they are quality and they're delicious! The lines aren't bad at all in my experience. The only issue I have it the service. Sometimes the ladies taking your order are rude and act like they're doing you a favor instead of being gracious and treating you like a valued customer.

Wings cooked properly, crispy skin not fleshy skin. Not that much of a wait considering the wings are fresh and have not hanging around under a heat lamp all afternoon.

This small resturant located on Flatbush Avenue converted me. I have always hated chicken wings until I was introduced to this spot by a friend. Even if you are not a fan of the hot wing, their bbq and honey bbq sauce are so delicious that you will not realize that you are eating wings. You will because a wing lover and a repeat customer once you have tried their wings.
