They don't deliver to Bedford Ave?
What's up, Wing Wagon? You won't deliver to Bedford Avenue when it's only 6 blocks away? This is ludicrous. I'll bet you deliver down Park Slope all the way to the BQE, don'tcha. Just sayin'.

Great Wings
Although the atmosphere at wing wagon might be consider sub-par by some stuck up customers, the quality of the wings does more than make up for it. Dipping the fries in the hot sauce is a close second to the actual wings themselves. Whenever I'm craving some hot wings, the first place i call is Wing Wagon on Flatbush. Always reliable and delicious.

My God...
My girlfriend and I ordered a "chicken platter" from Wing Wagon for our Super Bowl party. We paid in advance and set up a delivery for 6pm. First of all, we didn't get our food until 8pm. We called repeatedly, and were repeatedly told that it had just left. It finally arrived two hours late. After the delivery was made, I opened up our package to discover that about half of the order was missing. When I called again, the manager/owner informed me "you have to understand that today was the Super Bowl." I told him "What you have to understand is that you guaranteed a 6pm delivery of $60 worth of food and you didn't carry through with that, Super Bowl or not." He hung up on me. I called back, and the lovely young woman answering the phone offered me a credit on my next order. I politely informed her that I would never be ordering from them again, and thanked her for her help. The food was bland. The chicken fingers seemed to be about 80% breading. What was chicken actually appeared to be pre-formed (the same as McDonalds). I wish that I could say something more about the food but, unfortunately, that's ALL that they decided to deliver. I've never experienced this from any dining establishment in my life. They were utterly rude and unappreciative of the business that I was giving them. I understand that the Super Bowl is a busy time for any "wing" restaurant, but come on! Don't take my money and then deliver half of my order two hours late and then hang up on my when I call you to complain.

Why is this place still open?
I think the wings at Wing Wagon are tasteless, extremely small, dry and really greasy. I 've been to many places where the wings are excellent but unfortunately the restaurants are not located in the NYC area.

Why is it so hard for wings?
I hadn't been to wing wagon in a long time because i hated the service and the wings weren't that good for the price, but some friends got some delivered and they were good. so i gave them a try again. the staff taking the order was beyond rude and again, the wings not great. they're going to have to do better if they want to continue to compete in the neighborhood.

great wings
Yes sometimes the service is slow but the wings are great. My kids love getting wings from there. even my three y/o enjoys the x-hot. The trick is to call ahead and if they say 20min give them 30min. I have followed this method and have never had to wait for my wings just pay and go. However, I do wish the accepted debit/credit cards. Remember folks its hot wings! Not the Russian Tea Room!
