the waitresses are consistently rude. I ordered a drink and then decided I wanted something different and went to the bar to change the order. They hadn't even started to make it and the bartender rolled her eyes and slammed the glass she was holding into the sink. It was so bad that the waitress came over to apologize. I was stunned. They will not make any (even simple) substitutions to the menu. After ordering do not expect to see your waitress again. We had to get up and ask someone to get our waitress everytime we needed something. I never write reviews but thought this was especially worth saying.

How lucky we are to have Willy's in the neighborhood. A friendly, cozy spot, with brick walls, great indoor and outdoor seating, and consistently tasty food. It's a burger and salad kind of place, with many choices, daily specials and fast service. I wish there were more Willy's around--a place you can depend on for a smiling face and reliable food at great prices.

I have been ordering and going to willy's since it was maranda's years ago. the wait staff is beyond pleasant and the menu seems to have have something for everyone on it. great atmosphere and reasonable prices. brunch is one of the best meals as they have a KILLER eggs Benedict. Lovely outdoor seating in welcoming weather. over all a great place that anyone is silly not to try.

Willy has terrible service. Food took waaaay too long, and we originally didn't even get glasses of water! Finally when my boyfriend flagged down the waitress and asked her for water for the third time, ONE glass came. After two more requests, I finally got a glass too. We gave up on asking for refills...

Willy's is a great neiborhood place that has great food. Very nice people and a nice homey atomosphere. I recemend it highly. If you are ever in the mood for a great steak and a wonderful artichoke, Willy's is the place to go!

For my money, they make the best burger on the UES. I also highly recommend the mashed potatoes and their brownie sunday. Their other options are pretty lackluster though...particularly the fettucine w/ pesto, it's atrocious. Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, and very good delivery service, just stick to the basics.

Great place for dinner and glass of wine on a weekday or weekend evening. Usually not too crowded on Mondays or Tuesdays. Good value and lovely outdoor seating (when it is warm enough). Also try Due on 3rd Ave. Same owners and I think same chef. A fantastic pair of restaurants!
