    the worst customer service

I live about one block from this place, so I had ordered takeout several times- until one day I picked up my order, brought it home, and realized there will several mistakes. Not a big deal, but the problem occurred when I called to ask them to rectify the situation. I asked them to correct their errors and explained that I'd come back to pick up the items. The owner and/or manager was INCREDIBLY rude. He actually swore at me on the phone. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I vowed never again to purchase anything from Williamsburger, which apparently couldn't care less about local repeat customers.

    Burgerless Sunday

Food never came! I tried to give this place a shot, but after an hour of waiting for my food I called to check in. The guy who answered the phone explained the delivery man couldn't get in touch with us and didn't have our phone number/address was wrong etc... The girl who took my order even read my information back to me. Moments later he finally finds our number, but explains they will not re-make our order or even redeliver. He did however offer me my old meal if I cared to walk down and get it. Sweet. Cant review the food because I never got it. Pizza is on its way, crossing my fingers.

    chickenburger: the unsung hero

last night i had my third asian chickenburger from this place (once dining in, twice delivered). unlike my very carnivorous spouse, i don't eat red meat. having *any* option at a burger joint is good news for me, but having a sandwich like this? holy crows! it's amazing. totally unique flavors but it WORKS. after fawning over it again last night, i told my husband that it should win some kind of culinary award for inventiveness and execution. he suggestion instead that i just leave a positive menupages review. touché. i haven't (and won't) try the burgers so i can't vouch for them, but i told my husband that his --with the bright, fresh vegetables and sesame bun-- looked like a work of art. with a very full mouth he replied, "and it tastes like one." the service is pretty quick and friendly, to boot.

Great Burger. Great Price. Great People.

What a great new burger joint. Have not yet gone in to see the store front but delivery was spot on. Order came under 20min, tasted wonderful/fresh, came with little sweet candies, and had a hand written msg reading, "we dont have the (buger name) on the menu anymore but you knew about it, so we made it." Good idea for dlevery. FYI: Ask for veggies on your burger if you want them. Bugers came without them.

    has promise

Been here 7 or 8 times. 6 of those times, the burger has been grossly overcooked. In spite of that, it's still a decent burger (though not as flavorful as dumont). If they cooked their burgers to order (perhaps use a thermometer?), this place would be much better. I live half a block away, and will continue to go here primarily for convenience.

    good food bad vibe

the burger was great although i hated the "key food" bun, the fries were ok, i was hoping to not get frozen fries but they were fine for the money.. no option to buy a coke= annoying the yellow paint awful.. the music =annoying.. the people are nice and tend to the customers well i'll eat there again, but work on the details this place could be perfect.

    Best burgers in Williamsburg

Started going here a short time ago and hear a lot of great things about it. I had experienced it this weekend and in comparison to other burger place in neighborhood exceeds it by far. My wife and I had a great time and most of all the quality and price for it is great. More people need to pay attention to what you get for the money you spend. Wise up and learn to save your money and stop complaining about the little things. This place is great.
