I love ordering from wild ginger not just because the food is delicious, but also because they keep my address and credit card on file and know it's me when i call from my cell phone (plus their staff is very nice and professional), and the food always comes FAST. my favorites are the mango soy protein (deliciously tangy), the scallion pancakes (the actual pancakes taste like everyone else's, but the fresh salsa they serve on the side makes them special!), and the salads (which are all very large and come with tasty dressing).

This was the first time i went to an all vegetarian restaurant and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely exceptional. I ordered the Smoked Terriyaki Seitan which was absolutely delicious. The seitan tasted exactly like meat and I would not even have realized it wasn't meat if no one had told me. I tried the sauteed tofu as well which was wonderful. The prices are very reasonable and the waiters were terrific.

This place was absolutely one of my yummiest finds of late... went with a cousin from boston who keeps remarking how lucky i am to live in nyc: veggie paradise! We had the soy cheese wontons which were good but a bit skimpy(and the mango sauce is not the best dipping sauce to go with it), and the tofu skin rolls which were YUMMY(with an awesome tangy dipping sauce too!)! we had considered getting either the tofu skin or crispy protein, but im glad we chose as our waitress recommended since this was far more special than the crispy protein could have been. the portion was also well sized. then we shared an entree: the smoked teriyaki, which was also DEELISH! not enough sauce on it to eat the rice with, but the meat was of perfect consistency, crispy yet soft and warm... really good. unfortunately they were out of the vegan cheesecake for which we had saved some room, so we got the peanut bomb which was also pretty good, if way on the rich side. all in all, it was an excellent experience. the place is really cute too...

That place rocked. My boyfriend, my dad and I wondered in on a whim. I usually scale vegan food differently than regular food. In this case there was no need. It's vegan, but you can't tell! The miso soup was some of the best I've ever had. The spring rolls are really scrumpious and they don't pull any fake meat "vegetarian chicken" stuff on the menu, it's just soy protein and tvp and what have you. Really good! I highly recommend it. Really great atmosphere.

I just found this restaurant last week & it's amazing. the food was delicious - my husband had the salt&pepper seitan dish & i had the lettuce wraps - both were great - though mine got a bit messy! i've never tasted seitan prepared quite like this - mmmm...mmmm. then we figured we ought to try the vegan pumpkin cheesecake - i was more curious than anything... it was incredible. i'd like to bring a non-veggie friend their to see if they could even tell the difference in the cheesecake - i highly recommend it! the service was friendly & prompt and the decor is very relaxing - you hardly feel like you're in nyc once you step inside... i probably would not get the sake mojito again - but i wasn't going there for the drinks anyways. my husband is not a vegetarian & he said he'd definitely go back again soon... a great find!

The vegetarian food here is good to get filled up at cheap prices. There really is no atmosphere and the service is so-so. I agree with the reviewer below delivery is FAST. When the delivery person comes to your door they are very abrupt, and perhaps a little bit rude? They could work on the phone person too since I had to repeat my order twice on everything.

This place not only has great vegetarian food, if you order delivery they're the speediest people in the neighborhood. I eat lunch from here a couple times a week and I'm never disappointed!
