Doesn't cast a spell
Disappointing over-hyped place. Been there a few times... The idea is a good one but the execution is poor. Service is confused, causing long waits. Food suffers the same affliction, being underspiced or overly dressed. They could learn a lot from places like 'ino where they keep it simple with unfussy but delicious ingredients. No wonder everyone there -- customers and employees -- always look quizzical and let down.
