Surprise, surprise!
Happy hour here is so fun. I asked the bartender who should be in a comedy play all sorts of goofy questions but couldn't shake her one bit....I went on Monday when wings cost .30 cents a piece (min 10) and Drafts cost $3.50 a pint..i had two and was sooo happy on the way home by subway... The wings were meaty and came with carrots/celery and a delicious ranch dip and there's 3 kinds or more but it was not easy to follow her specific instructions on them...basically- mild, medium, hot, bbq and teriyaki. (whew!!) way too much information...also had a $4.95 Salsa&chips&Guacomole platter but guess what? The Nachos Grande ($7.95) could feed a skinny family of six and still have enough for later...aka doggie bag..... The vibe is fun...all Flatscreens got sports but I begged her to change MY TV to CNN ...she did...after taking a vote of the bar people....and yes, they too enjoyed watching the news at 6pm....def worth a 2nd try for the nachos...check specials on their website....also $6 wine by the glass (pre-theater or concert) I Liked it.

Food here isn't good
I've been here more often than I should have. The burgers come on stale buns. Nothing has much flavor. Having a covered back deck is nice in the right weather, but that's the only good thing about this place. Don't go for the food or service.

subpar
I visited the bar soon after refurbishment and had a bad experience with service and food quality. I had no plans on revisiting until tonight when some local bar staff suggested that it had good late night bar food.....so I went and ordered potato skins with cheese and wings. Both came out cold even though there was a handful of people at the bar...none eating. The order was returned. The skins were reheated but the cheese was clearly looking tired and not so good after numerous reheats. The wings just tasted of vinegar. I didnt eat anything and left after paying the full bill...which I regret. Maybe three times lucky and you get something that you can actually eat? I doubt it.

Awesome neighborhood sports bar
Best place to watch a Sunday game. 30 cent wings, cheap beer. Covered deck. No place better in this neighborhood

OH, beer specials always a good deal/always changing...I like to meet people here to grab a bite and chat they never RUSH you out the door...as a matter of fact, I just convinced myself to stop by tonight.

great bar, even better prices
i love this bar! the wait staff is so friendly and attentive, the food is sooo good and well priced (nachos and chicken quesadillas are my fav), there are drink specials 24/7 (you can always get a draft beer for $3.50), and the atmosphere is fun. it's not usually overrun by people (except sometimes if there are parties during happy hour), and you can almost always grab a table upstairs on the deck (which is enclosed during the winter). and if you want to watch a game, the staff is more than accommodating to set up tables/seats by a tv for you to watch.
