We get delivery once a week. Never been there. Love the food, especially the turkey burger. Delivery has been solid until last few timeswhen delivery took over an hour, the order was wrong and the food just was not the same - not as good and not as much. hope this trend reverses itself.

Seriously I eat at Westville at least 4 times a week. Sometimes I order in b/c I am embarassed by how much I go there. There delivery has always been quick. It is cheaper than trying to make a meal for fiance and myself, and it is definately much tastier!! Their chicken fingers are amazing!! I love their hotdogs, and french fries. My fiance is a huge fan of the market veggies, and obsessed with the vegan hotdog. Everything is so quick, so your food is always piping hot. It is small, but it is nice, and cozy. Sometimes there is a wait b/c of the size but it wouldn't be the same if they moved it somewhere bigger. The size is just part of it's charm! GO THERE!

I live nearby and have tried Westville several times out of convenience and reputation, but I have to say I think it sucks. First of all, if you order delivery it never comes sooner than 45 minutes and is always cold. The turkey burger is rubbery. The salads are boring. I do like the tuna fish sandwich though and they have brussel sprouts as a side which is a favorite of mine, but even so... I dont think it deserves all the praise. I think its an average neighborhood joint, but NOT "the best burger in nyc." and not "worth the wait". Not even close

The mac and cheese with bacon is incredible, steak sanwich is the best I have ever had, I dont eat salad but theirs is to die for. Delivery is a bit slow but always worth the wait. Trust me, "Do it, Do it".

I'm lucky to live so close to this place - getting the delicious food delivered is much nicer than trying to eat it in this very tiny place. The turkey burger, mac and cheese, crabcakes, and all of the salads are great. I order from here at least three times each week. Enjoy!

I had dinner at Westville with close friend on a Thursday evening around 8:45 PM. The restaurant was full, and there were at least 4 other parties waiting, but we were seated by 9:15. The restaurant seated no more than about 20 people, so it was quite loud, and our table was almost right up against the next one, but it was a nice night, so the front of the restaurant was open to the street, making it feel less cramped. The waitress was a bit curt at first, but she warmed up by the end of our meal, and the waiter who sat us was very friendly and helpful. I had the cobb salad, which was definitely large enough for an entree, and my fried had to codfish po boy, which he enjoyed. I must say, the couple next to us had the mac n' cheese, and as soon as I saw it, I vowed to come back for it because it looked so mouth-watering. The food was reasonably priced; the overall dining experience was pleasant; and I definitely plan on returning.

This is the best burger I have found in NYC and they deliver! They'll cook your burger always exactly how you order it and it's served on a delicious role. If you don't want burgers and fries, i recommend getting it wth salad instead--really good too.
