It was good and smothered tons of butter! The fresh lime juice helped to cut the fat and shredded salty Cotija cheese gave good final finish. It may not good for cholesterol watchers. The two small crab cakes are my least fave and the tasted funny.....not fresh? The sauce didn't cut it either. I went for pick-up.

The person below me is wrong, wrong, wrong. The crab cakes are great, and the spicy tarter sauce compliments them nicely. Best turkey burger I've ever had. The steak however, is pretty subpar. Sometimes the specials are great, but avoid the shrimp specials, the portions are laughable. They have a wide variety of delicious fresh vegetables as well. Overall a pretty reasonable, low-key and unpretentious West Village spot.

Someone posted that everything is good here so I tried the crab cake. It was too mushy inside but outside was fried well. The sauce that came didn't help. I also tried the hot dog. I like my dog grilled and it was boiled here. The burger is greasy but it is very satisfying.

I've never tried a single thing on the menu that wasn't delicious. Amazing hot dogs, turkey burgers, grilled cheese, market sides, and on and on forever. You can never go wrong with this place!! Delivery is sometimes a bit slow, but I've never regretted giving them my business.

By far the best healthiest all white meat turkey burger in the city! Also, best Sald Dressing in the world. This stuff should be bottled and sold!

Before you start hating me for giving Westville a bad review I must state that I love Westville. I have been an avid patron since the actual day it opened. I literally had a meal in their first 24 hours of business. I live a block and a half down 10th Street and being insanely busy working from home I have ordered delivery from them at least once a week since their inception. Sadly, the last four times (yeah, four) I ordered I have had to wait between an hour and an hour and a half. Yes, an hour and a half. That was my wait time today so it was apparent I needed to spread the word so hopefully the powers that be can make some changes. One of those changes being the attitude. No matter how nice I am on the phone I have gotten it from the voice on the other end the last four times I ordered. As if I'm the jerk for wanting my food in a timely manner. After all, it's NYC and no one has time to wait around. The last time I called at the hour mark to see where my food was the lady barked "well what do you want me to do about? should I just cancel your order?" No! I want the food I ordered an hour ago and I want you to not treat me, who has been coming to Westville longer than you've worked there, with such flippant disregard. It would be one thing if I lived on the outer perimeter of their delivery zone but I can literally see their awning from my living room window. Today I called at the hour mark and when I ask where my food might be she barked again "WE'RE BUSY!" Really? because I'm not sure when that became my problem. Other restaurants are getting my food to me in a timely manner while being courteous and professional. In this economy it's surprising that they wouldn't go the extra mile for anyone, let a alone a continual customer for all these years that has most definitely, over that time, paid at least a month's rent for them if not more. When I called back today at the HOUR AND A HALF mark (yeah) she snapped again "It's on its way." and hung up in my face. I don't think I'm being unreasonable here. They need to take care of their patrons by sorting out their time management issues and tweak their staffing to a group who maintains professionalism at all times. I prey their quality isn't headed down the tubes too. It would be a travesty.

Westville makes the kind of food that I would make for myself if my kitchen were bigger than 2 square feet. Their chicken vegetable soup is transcendental. The salads and vegetables are great. And their delivery is superfast and if it's going to be more than 30 minutes, they'll give you a heads up.
