Delicious food, rotten delivery service
"One of those changes being the attitude. No matter how nice I am on the phone I have gotten it from the voice on the other end the last four times I ordered. As if I'm the jerk for wanting my food in a timely manner." I just wanted to chime in and agree with this and the other posts. I've ordered delivery from lots of super-busy restaurants and had very nice service--Westville's level of meanness and ineptitude at the managerial level is unusual. The last (and final) time I ordered delivery, more than a year ago now, when I called 2 hours after my food was supposed to arrive, they said the delivery guy had already come and no one had answered my buzzer. Which--impossible. It was working. It turned out that the delivery guy had gone to the wrong address, called my phone, and when I didn't pick up left no message (I work at home and was on another call.) I'd already paid by credit. And the deliveries are always so slow and late from Westville that I just assumed the food would come eventually, or I would've called earlier. I had them read me the address they had for me and I'd given them the right one. It was their error. And I was trying to be nice, friendly, polite, calm...but the guy on the phone was still enormously rude and nasty. He never once apologized, even in passing!! The guy barked, "Well, you should pick up your cell phone." (It wasn't a cell, it was my landline, and they could've left a brief message. OR double check the address, which would have gotten me the food. OR, even if I am a moron not worthy of being spoken to like a human being, been polite anyway.) They finally sent the guy back with my bag of old, cold, soggy, ruined food (ugh, cold wet fries) that had spilled and leaked through. They charged me in full. The error of messing up an address is totally forgivable...it's not like the delivery guy did it on purpose. BUT the rudeness of the guy at the restaurant was a total dealbreaker! I never ordered from there again. Not when there are so many places in the W. Village where the delivery is prompt and super-friendly, and the rare time I've had a problem someone's apologized profusely and offered to comp the next order.

Delivery
This was my first time ordering for my office and we weren't told when we ordering, nor did it say on the menu or website that there would be a 10% service charge. Our food came, but was the wrong order, so the delivery guy had to go back and get the correct food. I saw the bill before he left and saw the ridiculous sum and called to find out why it was so much. The woman told me it was company policy. So when I said I should have been informed of this when I ordered she said, "What, you don't want to tip the delivery guy?" Isn't the tip supposed to be at my discretion? If you plan on ordering from here, ask questions first.

Corn - On - The - Cob
It was good and smothered tons of butter! The fresh lime juice helped to cut the fat and shredded salty Cotija cheese gave good final finish. It may not good for cholesterol watchers. The two small crab cakes are my least fave and the tasted funny.....not fresh? The sauce didn't cut it either. I went for pick-up.

Good Stuff
The person below me is wrong, wrong, wrong. The crab cakes are great, and the spicy tarter sauce compliments them nicely. Best turkey burger I've ever had. The steak however, is pretty subpar. Sometimes the specials are great, but avoid the shrimp specials, the portions are laughable. They have a wide variety of delicious fresh vegetables as well. Overall a pretty reasonable, low-key and unpretentious West Village spot.

Not good Crab cake
Someone posted that everything is good here so I tried the crab cake. It was too mushy inside but outside was fried well. The sauce that came didn't help. I also tried the hot dog. I like my dog grilled and it was boiled here. The burger is greasy but it is very satisfying.

Must have
I've never tried a single thing on the menu that wasn't delicious. Amazing hot dogs, turkey burgers, grilled cheese, market sides, and on and on forever. You can never go wrong with this place!! Delivery is sometimes a bit slow, but I've never regretted giving them my business.

By far the best healthiest all white meat turkey burger in the city! Also, best Sald Dressing in the world. This stuff should be bottled and sold!
