    Very happy to have tried

    First I need to say I went there for lunch in a week day, so it was not that crazy busy as usual I walk by in the evening or a week end brunch. I never went there before because I thought they would give me attitude and the crowd look a little pretentious and very young. But I was wrong. Let me say everyone was so nice, and I was there with three children! Food was mouth watering, great menu and specials. Very attentive and smiley staff. Felt welcome and taking care. Price- quality excellence I´m just ordering delivery now!

    Food coma oasis

    I absolutely love westville. Best food and it's fresh and very quickly prepared. I usually order take out since I live a few blocks over and the girl on the phone is great. My salad is ready in five minutes every time! The bartender hands me my bill and I'm in and out. The actual restaurant is cool too, albeit a little cramped, but in a cozy way. I used to go to the west village location as well and both are phenomenal.

    Arrogance over all

    The now very popular Westville East has made the willing slide into smarmy customer disrespect. My experience over the phone today for delivery was the last straw in a series of "no, you can't order that at this time of day" responses. I asked for an item which was delivered for the last three years at this time of day but was told I NEVER could get that in the afternoon. More and more often the service has been flip and snotty with a sincere take it or leave it attitude. The quality of the food has also declined with oil soaked fries and "what is it" chicken strips. Success has spoiled this child star.

    My Personal Chef

    Westville East has become my personal chef. I've actually never dined in the actual restaurant but I order from them at least 3 times a week. The food is always great and they are so fast. I don't know why the last reviewer said they are slow for delivery but we usually receive our order in 20 minutes. Just in time for me to settle in from the office and relax before dinner is served. LOVE Westville.

    They treat loyal customers like...

    I'd been ordering from them for years, a completely loyal customer, despite their awful delivery service. i literally have never written a review but had to in this case. The other night their attitude sunk to a new low. I ordered a scallop dish that was supposed to have a sauce with it. What I received: 3 scallops! on a bed of dusty, bone dry couscous. where was the 'sauce' they'd promised? how could they send out a nearly $20 dish with 3 scallops? i inquired and they told me to 'save' the dish so they could pick it up and apparently admire their handiwork. I thought that was slightly classless but was happy to give it back as it was unedible in that form. problem was their new delivery took an hour and 25 minutes to arrive. i called to protest and they said they were 'losing money'.

    I'm sure this has happenned to you. But I hope not.

    Ordered the Chef 's Special from the specials board. Read all the ingredients listed and it looked good to me. When it arrived it included an item that was not listed and that I was extremely allergic to. No prolem we'll replace it right away, said the manager. My brunch buddy kindly waited for my reorder to arrive before digging in. But we waited, and waited, and waited. I told her go ahead ahead, so she nibbled. One empty dish and two empty wine glasses later, my dish had still not arrived. I cancelled the order and left, but they made me pay for the dish I never received. Oh well.

    Not recommended

    My delivery order was messed up twice in a row on two different occasions. When I called to complain the second time, the manager rudely ordered me to send back the wrong order and offered to either credit me for half the order or send me what I had ordered in the first place. Never again.
