Worst spinach pie ever. Waitress surly. Don't know why it's so crowded - maybe because it's relatively cheap in an expensive neighborhood. But the atmosphere at dinner time is shovel 'em in,shovel 'em out.

I am a long time resident of this area. This is the only place left that is reasonable. I have never had a problem with the food or service. I feel lucky this place hasn't been push out like ever other reasonable establishment!

Worst Cobb Salad I have eaten in 40 years. It was a pile of semi dry lettuce, crumbs of bacon, yes crumbs, in a tiny dish. Real Cobb Salad has avacado, hard boiled egg, fresh greens a desent amount of bacon, don't confuse this with a spinach salad. It also can have some corn in it. I would never order any salads from them at all again. I added some grilled chix to make it eatable.

Best chicken salad on Westside, 69th to. 94th. Wife brought home a turkey club. Mound of delicious bacon, this is what a turkey club is supposed to be. Hugh portion, hard to get your mouth around it. Was expensive but worth it. Other dinners on broadway charge the same, City and Manhattan, but hardly any bacon. Friendly staff. Chicken salad sandwich is the best also.

Best place for a big fresh breakfast. I have been having brunch here for over 15 years, and its the closest thing to a homemade breakfast that I have had on the westside. Oh, and super friendly service!

I live 6 blocks away and called to put in a delivery and the guy told me he refused to come up here because we have Big Nick's and started arguing that it was too much. I will now never go there out of spite. Anywhere know where I can get some good chicken fingers?
