New Year's Eve, we got there late and couldn't get into Times Square, so we went about 5 blocks up and found West End. The atmosphere was OK (music a little too loud) the service was fair (sorry Chad)...but to make up for it, the place was not so crowded for being in the center of the New Years universe at 11:15 pm. The prosciutto pizza was fair, but the Spinach in Olive Oil was excellent! The bartenders were very attentive!

My husband and I found this place about an hour before our show started. Everyone was very friendly and the service was quick. The food was pretty good as well. We made it out of there with time to spare.

We went Sunday to have the BLT lobster sandwiches...What a disappointment that was. The sandwich was horrible...There was a tiny piece of slab bacon...I mean tiny on one half with a piece and a half of tomato..But what was truly inexcusable was the lobster..They were small pieces of lobster that was very unappetizing and horrible to serve..Shame on the chef! They looked like small pieces of pop corn and when picking up the thin sandwich it was a mess...The server was extremely nice and pleasant. If we were not going to the theater I would have sent it back..Not worth the price..and it is such a pretty and nice ambiance..

So glad we decided to eat here. Great value! They have a cold green bean salad that is amazing. Our server was great. And Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps happen to be trying the West End too:-)
