Great food, very fast lunch
This is my staple restaurant for power lunching. I mostly get the seafood since that what they seem to specialize in. I love the new $20 pre fix they do and it comes with wine! I'm usually on a time crunch for lunch but Waterstone cranks out food fast even when its packed. What's better is it is not precooked garbage you get at a lot of other places downtown. I bring a lot of clients here to talk business and they have been impressed. Favorite items, seafood risotto, lemongrass sea bass, and the skirt steak. Keep up the good work, you have created a loyal customer :)

Not good for brunch
Sitting outside, and unlimited mimosas ($10 plus the cost of your meal) do not make up for some of the worst food I've had in a while. How is it possible to ruin a a bagel & lox platter? They managed to. For $14 I got a cold bagel, cream cheese and lox that still had the skin and brown parts on it. I was expecting to find scales and a fin! There were a few chopped tomatoes, some capers, and a tiny bit of red onion. Others with me had similar poor food (hard as a rock hamburger, overcooked eggs) - nothing was good.

amazing brunch!!!
for $16 you get brunch and unlimited mimosas, champagne bloody marys and coffee and tea. The decor is really cool, and the waiters are super friendly and nice.

disappointing
Had lunch there today with 2 coworkers - In hindsight we should have known it would not be a good experience when they tried to seat us at the coatcheck table. One entree was sent back 3 times because it was cold, mine was sent back 2 times and I gave up and ate the lukewarm shitake & gorgonzola risotto that would be much better named onion & chive risotto because that completely overwhelmed the dish. After 3 times that the penne in vodka sauce was still cold a ceasar salad was ordered as a replacement and my coworker said it was ok that she had better salads at TGI Fridays. The service was poor and our server out and out rude. The atmosphere was overly noisy. First and last time going there. Save yourself the hassle and skip it.

Seafood Galore!!
I have finally found a great seafood restaurant downtown. There are plenty of steakhouses and pubs, but I love fish and lobster, shrimp, calamari, etc and I want it at least 4 times a week. So here it is, Waterstone. I have already been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Twice for lunch, food was fresh and exceptionally fast. Once for drinks and some food at the bar. The things I have tried so far are: Lobster night on Tuesday, awesome, with a couple Coronas, it was a HUGE lobster for like 19 bucks. I had the seafood rissoto once and I also tried the salmon with mango chutney, delicious, one side note. Most dishes come with broccoli and I hate broccoli, so I discovered they also have asparagus and you can sub that at no extra charge. Overall nice restaurant, huge upstairs, and friendly staff.

Nice Happy Hour Action
Checked it out on a Thursday. Nice crowd, couple of hot girls. Didnt really sample the restaurant but the bar was packed and we had some food off the bar menu. Pretty standard, nachos and cheese fries, also got the wings, very hot. Usually go to Stone St. but this will be a new stand by.

Not impressed
I had ordered the Sirlion Steak. It came with really plain boiled broccoli and ordinary mashed potatoes. The steak was too overcooked for for a medium steak. The butter sauce that came with it was good. Steak was below par. Service was great.
