Rude Service
The concept of this bar/restaurant is great. Tons of different and unique beers and decent bar food, but the service is just plain nasty, and will keep me from returning. All the other posts on this board were right, the service is rude. With all the other options in the area, and certainly the city, it's surprising that the waitstaff treats customers they way that they do. It's clear that they think doing so is "cute." The bar food is decent, but not worth the hassle.

The Best Bar Food!
Can confidently state that Waterfront has the best bar food in the city! Incredible sandwiches and a good slate of entrees more than make up for the inflated prices. The great beer [select]ion complements the food nicely, and it will help with coping with the indifferent aloof service you'll receive. If you can, go in before 3 - their lunch special is hard to beat.

great food horrible service
the burgers are great the quesadillas are superior to any Mexican restaurant, but the service is abysmal,,,,maybe things will turn around...management if you're reading this, please deal with the flaky, uncaring waitstaff!

great food, poor service
the food is amazing, great bbq chicken and chili. only downfall is the soda they serve is a no-name brand, it's just cola. Not pepsi or coca-cola. So for all you soda drinkers out there, stay away from this place. But if you need a quick bite and a good beer this is the place for you. the service was not the best. Cranky waitress made the experience okay.

Great lunch spot, especially for NYUMC
I've passed Waterfront many times and thought it might be a bad pub food experience, but after lunch today my mind is changed! If you like pulled pork smothered in delicious BBQ sauce, they have a great sandwhich and for lunch you can get that sandwhich (or others) with soup and a drink for $10.95. Not too shabby. The soup was not amazing, but really I would go back for the pulled pork in a heartbeat. It would be great if they could include fries with their pulled sandwhiches, otherwise a side order can cost you four bucks or so. All in all a great Murray Hill/Kips Bay lunch spot.

Great neighborhood pub
Outstanding food, low key, and phenomenal beer selection that changes weekly. Fish and chips is one of the best I've had anywhere, melts in your mouth. A bit pricey for a neighborhood bar, but I keep coming back because the food and beer are so great.

You must try this Sandwich
The french dip is amazing and the garlic smashed potatoes are great!! It is a wonderful place to get lunch and then head to the theatre down the street to watch a movie! This is my favorite place on a rainy Saturday!
