Mediocre establishment
The ambiance is decent but outside of that it was a pretty miserable experience. We stopped here for brunch in the afternoon. The waiter was polite but the service was terrible. Had to walk over and ask for water. Waited interminably for them to come take our order. The food was okay. Not the best southern comfort food I've had but not terrible. The fries were really good. I'd also ordered Buffalo wings and like so many pretentious NYC restaurants, they don't actually know what Buffalo Wings are and their variation was terrible. Asked for extra Buffalo sauce and had to wait for 15 minutes while the wings grew cold. Then had to go find the waiter to ask for the check. When the check came it had 20% in tips included! For a party of 5 at brunch. There was no mention of required gratuity on the menu nor did the waiter mention it when he handed us the check, instead there was an additional space with recommended gratuity. So mediocre establishment with very polite but dishonest waitstaff.

Poor Service, Poor Food
We have so few choices in Dumbo to grab a quick bite and it's so unfortunate that the food (other than the burger) is so poor and the service here is worse. The wait staff is so unbelievably rude and obnoxious. I don't understand the brunch menu either - we all don't want breakfast at 2pm. The burger is good, but not good enough to keep dealing with poor service

Great
My experience was Great top notch the staff was on top of everything - we kept a dinner for my close friend & i couldn't believe how well the manager who's name is Brian handle everything for me & even when he wasn't there he had reliable staff meeting any needs that we might have. I enjoyed myself so much the dinning experience & the after hour lounge........They get a A+ from me......will definitely be going back!

Service Issues
I have never felt the need to write a negative review of any restaurant until I came here. I'll start with the positives: the food was pretty good for the price. Then come the negatives. We came here after a show at St. Ann's Warehouse, so naturally things were a bit busy as the crowd came in. They gave us water fairly quickly, but it took another ten minutes before we were able to flag down a waiter, who seemed annoyed that we asked for service and responded with a rather terse "I'll let your server know." That server, an aloof, bearded 20-something, came around fifteen minutes later, offering no apology for the fact that we'd been sitting there for half an hour without someone even taking a drink order. To this point, it was pretty much standard poor service. But the cherry on the cake came another half hour later, when the waiter finally came with our drinks. I'd ordered a Manhattan - nothing confusing about it. The server proceeded to spill half the drink from the shaker onto the table and floor (which he never cleaned up). I had to call him back to point out that this was not reasonable treatment concerning a ten dollar drink, and he begrudgingly brought it back to the bar to top it off. Fifteen minutes later, another server came by to let us know our appetizers would be there shortly (pretty much everyone else who came in after us had food already). Another fifteen minutes later, a server brought us our appetizers and entrees together, again failing to apologize for failing to abide by bare-minimum restaurant etiquette. At no point did anybody working at the restaurant apologize or try to make up for the absolutely abysmal service. I recommend that anybody considering this place go anywhere else - I'm sure there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood where they won't treat you this poorly.

Poor Service, Mediocre Food
Just moved to the hood and decided to give this place a try....first and last try that is. Service had an awful attitude. First strike...we asked what beers were on tap and the reply was "everything" with a roll of the eyes. Q: "Can I have a Miller Light?" A: "We don't have that." Q: "Can I have a Coors Light?" A: "We don't have that anymore either." Hmm..what happened to "everything"?! Second strike was that the place was hot as crime. Now, it's summer, yes, but no air conditioning whatsoever? You're better than that. Place was just musty. Third strike was the overpriced, mediocre food. The "guacamole" that came with the chicken tacos app was absolutely oxidized...it was practically black. So much for fresh ingredients. We all had the burger which they boast "the best in Brooklyn"....yeah if it were the ONLY burger in Brooklyn. The only thing this place has going for it is atmosphere. Save your time and a dime and skip this place.

Good food, not service.
We've eaten here and ordered from them a number of times because the food is pretty good and we live nearby. They really need to improve their service though. One waitress insisted there was no mayo on a dish, but of course there was. She brought back a new one that had mayo again. Twice they over-charged us more than double the actual bill. Another time their delivery guy had no change on him at all. Sometimes no one answers the phone.

i love lobster!
Lobster IS my favorite thing on the planet. Especially when I get to wash it down with a cold pint of beer! So my new fave hangout is Water Street Restaurant on Wednesday nights because they have a lobster and beer special that rocks, literally...with a live jazz trio and reduced pints of beer. Now DUMBO hump day my favorite day of the week.
