    Outstanding Peruvian restaurant

My wife and I ate here for lunch for the first time. I'm Peruvian and we both love Peruvian food, so we were excited to try it out. Service was fast and good, and the food was just spectacular! We ordered three dishes to share: a ceviche tradicional, causa de pollo and tacu tacu lomo saltado, and each and every dish was outstanding! Will definitely go again. Really recommend it!

    Poorest service ever!

I've never been to a restaurant with poorer service. The fact that we had reservations was of no interest to the staff. After finally being seated, we ordered drinks, which never came. We pleaded with our waitress who reported every five minutes that the bartender was making them. After 30 minutes, I went to the bar and was told by the bartender that he was out of ingredients for the restaurant's SIGNATURE cocktail. "Were you ever going to tell us?" Response: "Um." I saw some drinks on a tray and took them to our table. I didn't care what was in them at that point. While the food was good enough, the service was so appalling.

    Food is good. unorganized management

Typical andean food, the fare is good but management really needs to step out of it's disorderly flare. the management lacks professionalism. I have ordered several times from this place and food always delivered twofold of its' approximate delivery time. Food always arrived cold and when complain to management, they always make some lame excuse. they do not offer any concessions. The food is good but comes with poor management

Good food but not Peruvian service

I am very disappointed with the service of many Peruvian Restaurants where the waiters does not know about peruvian food. This restaurant must tell the waitress about the basic ingredients of the food it offers and about the desserts. When I asked what the food was made from, they do not know. A lesson about peruvian food must be a MUST.

    Not a fan

Really wanted to enjoy this but it just didn't do it. Delivery took over an hour. Food was rather bland. Rice and beans were tasteless, no sauce for the tostones.

    dissapointed

I order some lomo saltado for my office Christmas lunch. well, first the delivery person came 45 minutes late. second, the food (Lomo Saltado) was sticky, and it looks like it was made the day before, and frankly, it was way below the quality from others Peruvian restaurants from the same area, and third, for the price I paid, i can eat three times better in any other Peruvian restaurant from the upper west side. It was the firs time I order something from that place, but I am very sure that I will never do it again. ahhh! make sure you have the right amount of money to pay the delivery guy because he never carry a single dollar to give you the change.

    Excellent

We stumbled on the place, but we will make it a destination for many more dinners to come. It cannot be bad if you start the meal with an awesome pisco sour. We loved the crispy corn and Aji Sauce on the table. My wife had the chicken soup and I had the milky spicy chicken, which was heavy but delicious. The people on the next table let us dip into their tasty Ceviche Mixto. Everything was delicious.
