Speculoos!
I have walked MILES for their Liege waffle with speculoos .... in blizzards and heat waves... and it's worth every bite.

awesome belgian waffles
Cheers for the waffle truck!!! This is a favorite of my coworkers and I who can spot this yellow truck a block away. The guys who work there are funny and friendly. And their waffles were scrumptious. A great treat for anyone. They have the crispy waffle that you can load up with fruit and whip cream, or there's the soft and chewy kind that's sweeter and more like cake, which I like just fine. You're not a new yorker till you indulge via food vendors along the street!
