What happened to this place?
1 year and a couple months ago ... this place had the best shrimp scampi in the city . Well , 1 year and a couple of months later ..EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED . I called up about 2 min ago and was told THEY HAD NO SHRIMP SCAMPI and how its not on the new menu. Wow , this place has gone down the tubes. Where will I go for my shrimp scampi ? I'm starving. This place used to be called "village east" but now they switched it to some fancy name restaurant. No thank you .

What happened
Used to come here often but these new owners changed everything. The cheese is oily and salty. Joe come back please !!

Shrimp Scampi Lovers
If you enjoy shrimp scampi as much as I do , then this is the place. Lots of shrimps dressed in garlic and butter and a dish of pasta that will last for days. Never been inside the place a day in my life but I order from them all the time. Great food, great price and Im lucky to live 3 blocks away to tastes such greatness.

As Joe gets old the pizza gets better!
I've been eating here since I was a teenager. The food is just great. I know the owner's son Joe. He is a sweet heart. I am happy to see them still around. Them new pizza shops have nothing on him. As Joe's gets older the pizza gets better. Keep up the good work and stay around for another 25 years.

Annoying service, food is WAY to salty!
This is a spacious pizza place. However, the service is alright, not so friendly. The food is so salty. The zeppos are very good though. When you get them fresh, of course.

Great Pizza!
Pizza is amazing! It is my standby alphabet city pizza place & I highly recommend it.
