Noisy loud music , no decaf coffee, nothing special about food. No pastry, frozen style waffles. I will not go back

They have delicious food. a great deal is the family deal which is one large pizza, two sides like garlic bread, pasta,or meatballs, and two drinks. the only downside is that it only comes with two medium drinks and is supposed to feed a family of four. the family meal is 28.00 and tax.

We hadbeen going there for breakfast everytime we were in New York and recommended this place to our friends, but this year was a huge letdown. Food was cold and service was not good at all. Avoid by all means!

I visited New York for this New Years and I had a great experience with these guys, especially the managers. The food's great, the location is excellent and the humour's free. What else could one ask for. Highly recommended.

Don't trust these other reviews. I have lived in the city for a few years now, this year being my third in the hells kitchen area. I must say, that this is by far the biggest let down in the city. Not only was the service extremely poor (I had to repeat by address at least 4 times, and my phone number just as many). They lost my pizza, and stated that I was not in my apartment when they attempted to deliver it. They then had the nerve to insist that the delivery boy was in front of my door when I was still in my apartment. I walked around the building and he was no where to be found. After "making their delivery boy wait" for 10 minutes, i finally got my pizza and it was cold and bland. I will not be ordering again, and I would advise others to be wary before ordering from this overrated dump.

All I was looking for on my son's 10th birthday celebration was a place to feed 25 hungry children after he and his friends went to see to a movie. What I got instead was a big party room downstairs, friendly and accommodating managers (Jenny and Rosalva) who helped me with the menu and decorations. Rosalva (or Rosalda) literally became my party planner and I could not thank her enough for her help in making the party a great success. We are New Yorkers who live in the Times Square area and my family and guests were amazed to find such a nice, clean restaurant with wonderful staff and excellent food and value. This is a rarity in NYC! Everyone had a great time and I am very happy indeed to have lucked out in finding a place like Pizza Villa in the most touristic area of the city. This is my first time ever to rate and review a restaurant so you can tell that I am indeed a very satisfied customer. I have recommended Villa Pizza to my friends and I am ordering my next catering needs from them. Our menu consisted of pizzas pies, meatballs, steamed vegetables, ziti, and pasta with chicken and asparagus.
