Excelente
We went to Victor's with a japanese family who wanted to try cuban food. They loved it and were surprised that cubans ate so much white rice. We had lobster, shrimps, vaca frita, ropa vieja & red snapper, in other words we tried just about everything and all was delicious and made with genuine cuban flavor. The place was packed with customers but the service was still prompt, friendly and courteous. If anyone wants cuban food in New York this is the place to go to. Don't forget to try the sangria.

Great atmosphere and food to die for!
Had dinner here with a coworker the other night and it was AMAZING! The Mojitos are strong, but they are great. The Sangria was also very tasty (a pitcher is a better value and you WILL drink it). The ceviche was an explosion of flavor, and the Florida Red Snapper was great.

A regular at Victor's ...
I love this place, the food is delicious, one of the best Cuban food restaurants I've ever been. They have a great variety of food, I can't think of anything that is not good. It gets busy around start time of shows. Excellent place to go before your theater engagement. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Food for a Big Night Out!
We took friends out to dinner at Victor's (and Carnegie Hall afterwards for Lewis Black) and hoped it would be a special and memorable evening. It was. The food was delicious, well prepared, service very attentive, and the "vibe" a lively and upscale one. The Mojitos were awesome-VERY strong, though, and after just one we were all feeling very happy! I've been to Victor's twice before and loved it. I am half Cuban, so know the cuisine well, and from Philly, so have eaten at both of the Cuban choices in our town. They pale next to Victor's. I highly recommend trying this marvelous place!

Great Food
Just got home from here. Food and Atmosphere is excellent. Food is of highest quality. Only problem is that you need to be patient and able to wait. Things here are very slow. Had a 9:30 reservation, sat down 45 min later. Took 1 hour to get food, once food came-amazed at the flavor. Overall liked the place and would come back .

Fun place, good food
Great atmosphere and great food. Appetizer platter was fun for our table of six. Perfect place to go before the theater.
