    Excellent for group dining

Dined here recently for a birthday lunch. Food was delicious and well presented. Service was gracious, non rushed and attentive. Especially recommend the ropa viejo and coconut mojitos. All 6 diners were very happy.

    Awesome All The Way Around!

We were in the city to see a show. Went to Victor's for lunch. What can I say. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! The staff where very professional and polite. At your service every minute of our stay. The food was out of this world! The atmosphere was delightful and bright. We enjoyed the music and had a very nice experience. I was extremely happy to see that even though Victor's is a high end restaurant they welcomed you whether in jeans or your Sundays best. I hope the staff read their reviews. Thank you for making our NYC experience wonderful.

    Fantastic surprise

My girlfriend, daughter and I were going to see Wicked on 10/9 and decided we would eat before the show. Had no idea where. We came across Victors and decided to look at the menu which looked delicious. A very nice gentleman told us the food here is excellent. He then tells us he is the owner. We decided to dine at Victors and I must say it was fabulous. The food, service and atmosphere were all wonderful. To end the evening, the owner was so kind as to buy us dessert. Which was even more delicious. We never got to thank him, so I hope he reads this review. Thank you very much for a wonderful evening at your most excellent restaurant. Can't wait to come back!

    Good food, small portions

Used to drink there years ago when i worked in the neighborhood. was going to a show right next door, so i figured why not have dinner right there. it was good choice, other than the portions being a bit small. i would definitely go back.

    What does it take?

This was our second visit to Victor's but first time with a reservation. Unfortunately we were seated at a table in the front room right next to the waiters station where I watched the action in & out of the kitchen. While I realize it was a Sat nite our reservation was made a week earlier & was for 5:30 & the place was busy but not full. Should we have slipped something to the hostess in order to get the garden room? In spite' the food didn't disappoint!

    Good food and great service

My friend and I went to Victor's for lunch before the 2pm showing of Sister Act. When we walked in, we were asked, "Do you have reservations?" of course I said "No." We were then told come on in and we were seated in what looked like the indoor courtyard with lots and lots of light. I had the signature dish with pulled beef in a plantain bowl which was good and my friend had Tappas, for dessert I had the flan and was that soooth, rich and divine. My friend raved about the coconut gelato. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and stayed nearby without hovering. I will definitely be back.
