    Excellent value

When my friends were coming in from Chicago in September 2004 and wanted a recommendation for a restaurant in the theater district I went on the internet and found Vice Versa. The experience was a truly positive one. The ambiance was excellent and the food was superb. I recommend the crusted salmon with horseradish sauce!

    A fine dinner seved well!!!!

On 8/17/04 five of us visited Viceversa for the first time. It was a lovely experience. The food and the service were excellent. I tried the veal ravioli which had been suggested and was great. A friend had the veal medalions which was excellent. The service was friendly and helpful. Give it a try, you won't be sorry!!!!!

    Great food, reasonable prices

We came in a large group and ordered a wide variety of entrees. The veal and raisin ravioli with pancetta was amazing. The large windows looking out over the garden area gave the whole restaurant a spacious open feel. Much nicer than many theatre district eateries.

A true value in the theatre district

My wife and I came here after a Wednesday matinee of Wicked in the pouring rain - it's within a block of the Gershwin. Without a reservation, no doubt we didn't get the best table, but there was ample room between tables and the bar area was fine. Since the prix fixe dinner has quite limited options, we ordered from the regular menu. My wife's veal and raisin ravioli were excellent - a chef's special. My horseradish encrusted salmon, with spinach and mashed potatoes was superb. A split house salad, a bottle of Pinot Grigio, and delicious bread filled us. The cost was reasonable, the service excellent and, in short, we couldn't have made a better choice. I/we certainly will return, and I recommend highly! Far superior to others we've visited.

    Nice restaurant

This restaurant was very high class, need to make reservaitons, and dress up for the occasion. The food was excelent but not much variety.
