    perfect service

I sent my parents to here for their 30th anniversary, and wishing to surprise them, I called ahead and ordered and paid for dessert for the end of their meal. I had no idea the restaurant would be so kind as to make this very special and decorate each plate with Happy Anniversary. I wasn't there for the occasion but my parents were so thrilled they took pictures to send me. I, in return, am very grateful to ViceVersa for providing them with such a lovely evening, and going out of their way to make the most of a small request. I have eaten here on my own since and have had a wonderful meal! Highly recommended.

    I loved it

The place is cute and elegant, the service attentive and the food delicious. A little bit pricey but they offer a special menu for lunch and dinner at 35 $. Enjoy

    Great Pre-Theater Dinner

This was our first visit to this very nice restaurant. We decided to try the Prix Fixe dinner menu and enjoyed it very much. We tried both the mixed green salad and baby spinach salad and both were large and well prepared. For entrees we had both the Farfele with four cheeses and Walnuts & pan seared Grouper and loved them both. While the wines were a little pricey, overall we anjoyed our meal and experience.

    Bad luck or else

We choose this restaurant based on other reviews and nice web site. It was 4 of us and it seems like I was the only one who got a really poor food. I usually complain or send the food back, but I didn't want to ruin nice occasion. I ordered "Sauteed calamari and artichokes tart over fresh radicchio salad" and got something unappetizing over few strings of salad. I usually add salt to my food, but this was burning my throat and it just did not look good. I think tortino means a tart or similar, not splatter. While other dishes look very nice: Lobster sallad, Whipped cod and Tilapia, mine wouldn't pass neither as a abstract painting. Atmosphere is very nice, but too dark, I prefer to see what I am eating. Service was great and waiters, barman and maitre d' were very kind and proffessional. Seconds sounded good but pasta was overpriced. I ordered "Homemade spaghetti with jumbo lump crab meat, tomatoes and black olives" and got spaghetti with tiny crumbs of crab meat, those you find at the bottom of a can. It had no taste, but the salt from appetizer was still lingering in my mouth so it kind of balanced it. My friends were happy with their entrees. Desserts were really good, although expensive. Cappucino and espresso were just like in Italy. So, I suppose I had a bad luck. The restaurant is elegant and not too loud and service and desserts deserve a visit.

    awesome

I picked this restaurant blindly out of zagats based on location to theatre that my parents and I were headed towards last night and I cannot believe out luck!! The food here is amazing, very different choices from traditional italian. I am not very ambitious when it comes to new foods, but the ravioli stuffed w/veal, raisins and amaretto cookies was something that I could order if I had to request a last meal. Can't stop telling people about it and can't wait to go back, albeit, probably after theatre starts as it was a little loud from the crowd. My parents loved their dishes as well, lobster salad and pasta w/duck ragout. Service very friendly and prices fair.
