    ideal for lunch

Vezzo is a good place to go on your lunch break- on more than one occasion I went with co-workers and we were seated, ordered, and ate in under 45 minutes. The service is very prompt and accommodated us when we said we had a time constraint. It is also great for lunch because although delicious, the ultra-thin crust pizza doesn't fill you up- at all. Once I had a personal pizza, another time I ordered two slices, and both times I was hungry again within an hour (and I don't have a huge appetite). I'd like to feel as though I've eaten, especially when it's on the expensive side (for pizza).

    YUM!

The best thin crust pizza I have had. Love that you can build your own or choose from some of their fancy creations. Can be pricey but great either way.

    Vezzo disappointed

Vezzo was recommended to us and we called ahead since we had a large party of 14. They said we didn't need reservations since we were coming early (5:00ish). We showed up and the staff couldn't have been more rude. They didn't have any high chairs (we only needed one) and we kept getting rude stares by the waitstaff who it seemed couldn't wait for us to leave. The food was good but not excellent. Wouldn't recommend it.

Good pizza but NOT the best in NY

This is a thin-crust/flat bread pizza. This is not NY pizza nor is it American style pizza. And its pretty good. But its not the best, let alone the "Best in NY". Folks getting carried away.. because portions are small, but ingredients are tasty... perfect pie for a girlfriends to share/pick at and a good, relatively cheap, date spot. But authentic neopolitan style pizza etc. this ain't.

    Try the shroomtown!

I had the personal pizza - "shroomtown," and it was AMAZING. All kinds of mushrooms & white truffle oil, yum!! The crust is really thin and it was a perfect portion size. Great brick oven pizza!!

    Great Pizza, but pricey!

The thin crust pizza here is great. It tastes different (less fattening) than your average pizzeria. It's crisp and the seasoning is great. The restaurant itself fills up at night and the inside can get loud with obnoxious Murray Hill 20 something boys still thinking they're in their Frat House while waiting to be seated at the bar. But when its all said and done (if you get a salad or app) your bill is A LOT for a pizzeria. Still a lot cheaper than some of the other rip-offs around. But $20+ for a pizza?
