scrumptulescent!
an amazing night out! Went there with a date and had a wonderful cozy time - great atmosphere - great music - generous portions of delicious food and lovely service. I have known about this place for eight years and finally took a chance. Glad I did.

Best Bar Food
I agree with the 1st reviewer, this place is great. The ambience as well as the drinks and bar food are awesome. To compare bar food to Le Bernadin? Is insane. I frequent this spot atleast once a month. This is a lounge, which is superb! You won't regret it.

Decidedly below average
Somene gave this joint 5 stars? Really, now, this isn't Le Bernardin. I'd call it "average" were it on, say, the Upper West Side or in Boerum Hill or something, but on the LES it falls below the mark. There's too much good food in that part of town, at this point, for a place like this to survive much longer. I suspect they're coasting on cocktails and weekend bar-hoppers to stay in business.

best happy hour in the city
Great music, very hip. The service was impeccable and the drinks were delicious, The food was delicious. We had the calamari and the chicken wings both were far superior to the bar food I was expecting.
