Have not been in person, but love the food. The Hot & Sour soup is the best I've had in many years. Can't go wrong with the black pepper, basil, or garlic dishes. Phenomenal.

I just found this place about 2 weeks ago and already have gotten delivery probably a half a dozen times. The food is amazing, tasty, healthy, delicious. The veggie wonton soup is GREAT! That is one thing I have truly missed since going veggie a few years ago. The staff is friendly on the phone and delivery is prompt. A great option for healthy delivery in the neighborhood!

It's great to see another veggie Chinese place go in where The Greens used to be. Vegetarian Ginger has better higher quality food and the wait staff is extremely pleasantmaybe someone told them how terrible their predecessors were and they're overcompensating. The result is a great experience.

This is an excellent Asian vegetarian restaurant in a neighborhood where restaurants come and go very quickly there have been three at this location in the last year. I hope this one lasts. The food is great, mostly seitan and soy protein dishes. My favorite dishes so far are the Szechuan Style Soy Protein, which comes with asparagus, zucchini, and cabbage in a perfectly spiced sauce, and the Malaysian Curry Stew, a soy protein dish that reminded me of just how great potatoes and carrots can be when they are perfectly cooked in a delicate curry gravy. My wife had the Black Pepper Seitan and loved it. Every dish has gorgeous and abundant fresh vegetables. All come with a terrific mix of brown and red rice. There is a lunch special ($5.95) seven days a week. Dinner is served with an excellent green salad. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although some don’t speak much English, which can add a layer of difficulty when you have questions about the food. The only disappointment is the interior of the restaurant, which is drab and depressing. It looks like they removed the previous restaurant’s decorations and did not replace them. So it’s not a good place to impress important guests, but it’s a fine place to get superb vegetarian food.

Wow. This place totally surpassed all expectations. Frankly, I don't care for vegetarian restaurants, even in Chinatown, but m wife dragged me here. I am so glad. My hot & sour soup was the best I have had in Brooklyn by far and among the best in NYC proper consistency (not too thick) and very flavorful without overdoing it. Our spinach dumplings were crisp and had just the right amount of dough as apposed to almost every other dumpling I've gotten in this area. We had soft bean curd homestyle (aka Ma Pa Tofu) as well as Szechuan and both were excellent light sauces that were actually distinct from one another besides which veggies came with the dish, great texture, and, again, depth of flavor. Beautiful presentations as well. Somebody in hat kitchen knows what they are doing. Warning: the restaurant itself needs a facelift it is drab and short on style/fun/ambience.
